Tuition and Fees


FULL TIME 
$350.00 per week – 03 months to 14 months(Infants)

$300.00 per week – 15 months to 23 months(Toddlers)

$275.00 per week – 24 months to 35 months(Pre-K2)

$275.00 per week – 3 years to 5 years(Pre-K3 and Pre-K4)

Part-time care is unavailable at this time.

Full time childcare is considered care which is contracted on a set scheduled time of 4 hours or more per day or 4 – 5 days per week. All payments are due by 6:00 PM on Monday. After 6:00 PM, a late fee will be assessed. If payment is not made within 3 days at drop off, your child will not be accepted into care until payment, including all late fees, is made. If a period of 1 week passes without payment received, the contract will be terminated, the position filled, and the collection process begun. You will be responsible for any costs related to collection of the childcare fees. These costs will include late fees, day of loss wages, cost fees and childcare fees. Cash or Check is accepted and a receipt will be given. A year-end statement of all childcare fees paid will be provided within the first month of the New Year. Childcare fees are due regardless of whether or not your child attends. You are paying for a position, as well as a service. No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures. All childcare services will be contracted.

DROP IN $100.00

ENROLLMENT – A fee of $150.00 is due upon enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.  Your child’s position can be held for two weeks.

LATE PAYMENT FEE – $50.00

RETURNED CHECK FEES – $50.00 and any additional costs incurred, along with our late fee if a check is returned to Provider. All subsequent payments must be either cash, cashier’s check or money order.

SUPPLY FEE – $100.00 due annually by September 30th.

VACATION AND SICK DAYS

The school closes for 1 week of paid vacation per year, this will be our summer break usually in the month of July. Notification of at least 2 weeks will be given prior to any closed days, with the exception of emergencies or illness. Please have a backup childcare provider for these occasions as we do not provide alternate care.

Families are allotted two weeks of vacation per year after the first year of attendance.  Notification of at least 2 weeks must be provided.

In the event that your child is ill and must miss a day, please give a courtesy call. Tuition will not be pro-rated for individual days if your child is not at school. Parent agrees to provide notice 2 weeks prior to any vacation time. Parent agrees to pay childcare fees to hold child’s position during any vacation time or extended leave due to illness etc., after annual vacation time of 2 weeks has been used. Full payment must be received despite absences.

Parent agrees to provide a thirty day(30) notice when withdrawing a child from care.

The Contract/Application is a legal document obligating us to provide a service for you and obligating you to pay us for that service. There are other requirements in the contract.

We urge you to thoroughly read the contract/handbook and realize that it is legal and you will be held liable for each item of the contract. By signing it, you are accepting it in all its terms.

Students exit our program reading at least one
grade level above peers.
